Tree Trimming
Property-wide tree trimming.

To keep our property looking manicured and to help with bird control and droppings, tree trimming is performed on an as needed basis.
Submeter
The Board of Directors has the Submeter system is under assessment.
Hot Water System Renovation
Hot Water System renovation is under assessment.

It has been planned to remove the old solar collectors, heat pump, water heater and tank, controller and circulation pump, platform the storage tanks are on and the doors at the water heater closet. They will drain and clean the existing storage tanks for re-installation.
They will install new MIC 6 Controller, service valves, Controller for solar, circulation pump, insulation on the roof top, cement platform for storage tanks.
The primary hot water will come from solar, the heaters are to back up new solar.
Pool
The pool and surrounding area needs to be repaired. Pool plastering will be addressed when the Hot Water Renovation is completed.
